General terms and conditions of use

Preamble

The purpose of these “General Conditions of Use” (the “GCU”) is to provide a legal framework for the conditions of provision of the services of the cosderma.com website and their use by the “User”.

Article 1: Definitions

Each term that begins below with a capital letter has the meaning given to it in its definition,
– User: this term refers to any natural or legal person who uses the website or any of the services offered by the website.
– User content: this is the data transmitted by the user within the website.

Article 2 : Object

Any registration as a subject when registering on the site via the registration form, each user will be asked to tick the box “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GCU and I accept them”.

In the event of non-acceptance of the GCU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

Article 3 : Modification

cosderma.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GCU at any time.

Article 4: Access to services

The cosderma.com website allows the user to access free clinical study announcements. In addition, the site allows users to register as subjects for possible participation in future studies.

The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.
The site uses all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services. The obligation being an obligation of means, the site does not commit itself to achieving this result.
cosderma.com shall not be held responsible for any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or server.

Access to the site’s services may be interrupted, suspended or modified at any time without notice for maintenance or any other reason. The User undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The user must request prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents.
The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. The use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.

Article 6: Personal data

The information requested when pre-registering on the site is necessary and compulsory to become a subject at Laboratoire cosderma.com.

The site assures the user that personal information is collected and processed with respect for privacy in accordance with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the European regulation on the protection of personal data (“RGPD”). The site is declared to the CNIL under number 1707526 v 0.

Article 7: Liability

The sources of the information published on the site are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources. Article 9: Evolution of the contract

The site reserves the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time.

Article 10: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the courts of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.
